Abstract

The aim of the study was to develop tactics for managing patients with endometrial hyperplasia in postmenopausal women based on the assessment of the proliferative activity of endometrial cell populations. The results indicate the need for a thorough morphological inspection using immunohistochemically research methods, which essentially allows for choosing the right tactics for managing such patients. Correctly selected therapy, taking into account some indicators of immunohistochemical markers in AUB against the background of simple endometrial hyperplasia in postmenopausal patients, makes it possible not only to avoid unreasonable surgical interventions but also to significantly increase the women's health index.
