Abstract

The article describes a method for the treatment of cervicovaginal infections complicated by the threat of miscarriage, including detoxification, geotropic and additional local sanitation components; the proposed treatment is significantly more effective than the traditional one, as it reduces the number of relapses of infection by 2.7 times due to the stable normalization of the vaginal microbiocenosis before childbirth. , leads to a decrease in the frequency of preterm birth by 2.4 times, DRPO by 3.9 times, subinvolution of the uterus by 4.8 times, leads to a reduction in the number of preterms ( P<0.05) born in asphyxia, no cases of intrauterine infection were observed and neonatal loss of newborns.
