Abstract

The developed algorithm for the early diagnosis of breast cancer (BC) in a comprehensive study with an analysis of molecular genetic features - methylation of the SFRP 1, 2 and BRCA 1, 2 genes makes it possible to determine the development of breast cancer among women, especially those with a hereditary history. Genetic certification of women prone to breast cancer makes it possible to single out a group from the general population, for whom the organization of targeted genotyping is recommended in the future, which increases the detection of breast cancer in the early stages.
