Abstract
The article evaluates the role of β1 transforming growth factor in the development of fibrotic processes in the heart and kidneys in chronic heart failure with diabetes and without it. It was also shown that these processes have a positive effect of complex treatment with the addition of type 2 glucose sodium co-transporter inhibitors - dapagliflozin.
