Abstract
For practical coloproctology , a method was proposed for the formation of
rectopexy in rectal prolapse of the II - III degree, the implementation of which is aimed at
reducing the incidence of specific immediate and long-term postoperative complications,
reducing the duration of the hospital stage of surgical treatment and improving the quality
of life of patients. Among the operated patients, there was no development of hematomas,
the observation during the year showed the absence of the development of adhesive process
and cicatricial deformity in the area of rectopexy .
