Abstract
Peripheral vitreochorioretinal dystrophy is more typical for young, able-bodied people. Being one of the most important retinal detachment causes, they can also decrease visual acuity up to its complete loss. Improving the diagnostics of the retina periphery and timely treatment tactics can prevent the occurrence of vitreoretinal complications.
