Abstract
This paper presents the results of studies of the lactoflora of the genital tract in women in the first trimester of pregnancy, as well as on the 5th day after the abortion. At the same time, special attention was paid to the antibiotic resistance of the main strains of lactobacilli. The obtained results were processed and a comparative picture with the data of the Russian Federation was given.
