Abstract

The aim of the study was to develop an improved physical activity program for the elderly in accordance with WHO recommendations and evaluate its effectiveness. Activation of the motor activity mode improves health, expands functionality, slows down the aging process in the elderly, reduces the risk of falls and injuries, and increases the psycho-emotional status.
